Effective Date: 6/5/2026

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Sessa Property Maintenance. By requesting, approving, scheduling, or accepting service, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Sessa Property Maintenance provides residential lawn care and landscaping services, including lawn cutting, seasonal cleanups, mulching, hedge trimming, bed maintenance, weed control, aeration and overseeding, and general property maintenance.

Service availability may depend on location, weather, route scheduling, property condition, crew availability, and account status.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change if the property condition, requested scope, access, material needs, disposal requirements, or time required is different than expected.

Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

Scheduling

Scheduled service dates and arrival times are estimates only. Weather, traffic, equipment issues, route changes, property conditions, and other delays may affect the schedule.

Sessa Property Maintenance does not guarantee an exact arrival time unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Lawn Maintenance

Weekly lawn service may be performed on a regular route schedule. Service days may change due to weather, holidays, crew availability, or route adjustments.

If the lawn is overgrown, excessively wet, blocked, unsafe, or otherwise outside normal service conditions, additional charges may apply or service may be skipped.

Property Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to all areas being serviced. Gates must be unlocked, pets must be secured, vehicles and obstacles should be moved, and the property must be free of hazards.

If the crew cannot access the property or safely complete the work, the visit may still be billed in whole or in part.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for informing Sessa Property Maintenance of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fences, drainage systems, delicate plants, property boundaries, or areas that require special care.

Sessa Property Maintenance is not responsible for damage to items that were not clearly marked, disclosed, or moved before service.

Weather and Delays

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted due to rain, wet conditions, extreme heat, storms, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related issues.

The office will make reasonable efforts to complete service as soon as scheduling allows.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice, quote, or customer account. Customers may be able to pay through the client portal, payment link, or another approved payment method.

Past due balances may result in paused service, delayed scheduling, collection efforts, late fees where allowed, or cancellation of service.

Cancellations and Pauses

Customers must notify Sessa Property Maintenance if they wish to cancel, pause, or change service. Requests are not confirmed until reviewed by the office.

If a cancellation is requested after materials have been ordered, work has been scheduled, or a crew has arrived, charges may still apply.

Photos, Notes, and Communication

Customers may send photos, notes, or messages to help Sessa Property Maintenance review service requests, estimate work, document property conditions, and complete services.

Calls, texts, emails, and portal messages may be used for scheduling, billing, service updates, and customer support.

Satisfaction and Service Concerns

If there is a concern with completed service, the customer should contact Sessa Property Maintenance as soon as possible. The office will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

Service concerns must be reported in a reasonable timeframe so they can be properly reviewed.

Limitation of Liability

Sessa Property Maintenance will make reasonable efforts to perform services professionally and carefully. However, Sessa Property Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden hazards, normal wear, weather-related issues, or damage caused by lack of access, poor property conditions, or undisclosed obstacles.

Changes to These Terms

Sessa Property Maintenance may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will apply to future services after they are posted or provided.
